Psalm 36
song out of poverty
I would sing to you
But my throat is raw
I would give to the poor
Except that I am one
What may I do for you
When I have nothing to share?
Well, I am something, I guess
Even in the vacuum
Of offering
Something in my design
You liked in making me
And sustaining me thus far
I guess I do have
One more thing to give

You give when you write Christopher. You give very much. You take care of the dogs and praying for the poor is something too.

I feel affirmed by what you say, Mandi. Thank you. Funny about the dogs. My sister is back now and says that the dogs freak out when anyone else tries to take care of them. I didn’t know. Dog whispering? I’m thinking you would know.

Powerful lines made of simple words. You have a lot to give, Christopher.
