Today’s Pain
My eyes hurt. Parts
are swimming.
Parts are dry. Maybe
with more sleep.
Sigh.

Oh I’m sorry. Trouble sleeping is the worse. I think out of what I’ve felt with, fixing that was the hardest. I’m sure you’ve had this advice before, but the dissolvable Melatonin – Webber Naturals is a great brand, really helps if you can t fall asleep. I used to get the 5 mg bottle and take one. If it doesn’t work take two or three, it is fine. I guarantee you will feel Fall asleep, it’s a natural thing from the body so it’s not bad for you. If you need something stronger, ask your doctor about immovane or Zopiclone in 7.5 mg tablets. One would be fine for those nights you can’t sleep. I use it to fall asleep and it works great. Hope last night was better for you!

Thanks for the advice and for the specifics. I take a Benadryl, which doesn’t always seem to work. I’d like to try what you suggest. I did sleep some last night, thanks. Here’s hoping for this evening.
